These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Cosplaying, an AI cosplay photo generation service available at cosplaying.app. By creating an account, uploading content, purchasing credits, subscribing, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Cosplaying. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
You may not use Cosplaying if applicable law prohibits you from receiving the service, if you are located in a sanctioned jurisdiction, or if your use would violate export control, sanctions, payment network, or Stripe requirements.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. You must notify us promptly at support@cosplaying.app if you believe your account has been used without authorization.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk for other users or the service, or create legal, safety, chargeback, intellectual property, or payment compliance concerns.
You may upload selfies, photos, prompts, and other materials only if you have the legal right to do so. You must not upload another person's face, private image, copyrighted work, trademarked material, or personal data unless you have all required rights and consents.
You permit Cosplaying to store, copy, process, optimize, display, and otherwise handle your uploads and prompts only as needed for platform operations, security maintenance, product iteration, AI image generation, and delivery of the services you request. We do not use your uploaded content for unrelated advertising, resale, or other unrelated purposes.
We protect user privacy and do not save the source photos you upload for generation. Uploaded source photos are used only to complete the requested generation workflow and are not stored by Cosplaying after that workflow completes.
Generated images are automatically saved in your account for 7 days so you can view, download, or manage them. After 7 days, generated images are automatically deleted from Cosplaying systems, except where a limited record must be retained for security, legal compliance, payment disputes, fraud prevention, or enforcement of these Terms.
Subject to these Terms, applicable law, and any third-party rights, paid users may use images generated with paid credits for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for how you use generated images, including obtaining any rights needed for characters, brands, costumes, likenesses, or other third-party materials. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to existing works, and Cosplaying does not guarantee that any output is unique, registrable, or non-infringing.
You must not use Cosplaying to create, upload, request, distribute, or promote illegal, harmful, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, exploitative, non-consensual, or privacy-invasive content.
You must not generate sexualized content involving minors or people who appear to be minors, impersonate people in a misleading way, create non-consensual intimate imagery, infringe intellectual property rights, bypass safety controls, scrape the service, reverse engineer the service, interfere with security, or use the service for fraud, spam, chargeback abuse, or any prohibited or restricted business activity under Stripe rules.
Cosplaying is intended for creative cosplay previews and entertainment. It is not a tool for identity verification, biometric identification, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or other regulated decision-making.
Cosplaying is a non-NSFW service. You must not upload, request, generate, sell, share, or promote pornography, nudity, exposed genitals, exposed female nipples, explicit sexual acts, sexualized fetish content, erotic massage, escort or prostitution content, adult live-chat style content, sexual solicitation, sexually oriented dating content, or other material designed for sexual gratification.
You must not upload intimate photos, request intimate transformations, create non-consensual intimate imagery, create sexualized depictions of real people, or generate sexualized content involving minors, people who appear to be minors, school uniforms in a sexual context, age-regression themes, or ambiguous-age characters.
Non-explicit cosplay, swimwear, fitness, dance, or convention outfits may be allowed only when the content is non-sexual, all visible subjects are adults or appropriately consented users, and the image does not focus on intimate body parts. We may reject or remove borderline content to comply with safety rules, payment network rules, Stripe requirements, and applicable law.
NSFW or adult-content violations may result in prompt rejection, content deletion, credit non-restoration, account suspension, termination, refund denial where permitted by law, and reporting or disclosure to payment processors, platforms, or authorities when required.
Paid purchases are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect and process payment information, billing details, tax information, fraud signals, and authentication data according to Stripe's own terms and privacy notices.
Cosplay Pro Pack is a one-time credit purchase. Silver Tier and Gold Tier are subscription plans that renew monthly until canceled. Subscription charges are billed in advance through Stripe. Taxes may be added where required by law.
Credits are digital credits used inside Cosplaying. Credits have no cash value, are not a stored-value account, are not transferable, and may not be resold. Credits from one-time purchases are valid for 365 days from the grant date. Credits from monthly subscriptions are valid only for the monthly subscription period in which they are granted and do not roll over after that monthly period unless the checkout or plan page expressly states otherwise.
You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for purchases, renewals, taxes, and applicable fees. You can request subscription cancellation by contacting support@cosplaying.app. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund previously billed periods unless required by law or stated in our Refund Policy.
Digital credits are normally delivered after Stripe confirms successful payment. Generated images are delivered through the app after processing and are automatically saved for 7 days before deletion. Processing times can vary depending on demand, third-party providers, safety checks, and technical conditions.
We may modify, pause, remove, or discontinue features, models, plans, credits, or content if needed for safety, compliance, provider availability, security, business reasons, or legal requirements.
Cosplaying, including the website, software, branding, interface, and service design, is owned by Cosplaying or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the service to you.
Character names, franchises, brands, and references may belong to their respective owners. Cosplaying is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with those owners unless expressly stated.
Please contact support@cosplaying.app before opening a payment dispute so we can investigate duplicate charges, failed delivery, technical errors, or refund eligibility. This helps us resolve issues faster and provide evidence of delivery, account activity, and policy acceptance when required by Stripe or payment networks.
If a chargeback, fraud alert, or payment reversal occurs, we may suspend related credits, generated content, or account access while the issue is reviewed.
The service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cosplaying will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost goodwill, or unauthorized use of generated content.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, such as by updating the date above or providing an in-app or email notice. Continued use of Cosplaying after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
