1. Digital product delivery
Cosplaying sells digital credits and subscriptions used to generate AI cosplay images. Credits are normally delivered after Stripe confirms successful payment. Because credits can be used immediately, refund eligibility depends on whether credits have been used, whether a technical failure occurred, and what consumer protection law requires.
2. One-time credit purchases
You may request a refund for a one-time credit purchase within 14 days of purchase if the purchased credits have not been used, transferred, reversed, suspended for abuse, or connected to a policy violation.
Once credits are used to request a generation, the used portion is generally non-refundable unless the generation failed because of a Cosplaying technical issue and the credits were not automatically restored.
3. Subscription plans
Silver Tier and Gold Tier subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You may request cancellation by contacting support@cosplaying.app. Cancellation stops future renewals and access to future monthly credit grants, but it does not automatically refund the current billing period.
Refunds for subscription renewals may be approved when required by law, when a duplicate charge occurred, when you did not receive the purchased credits because of our technical error, or when no subscription credits from the billed period have been used and you contact us promptly after renewal.
4. Failed or timed-out generations
If a generation fails or times out because of a service error, Cosplaying may automatically return the consumed credits to your account. A credit restoration is not the same as a cash refund.
If repeated technical failures prevent reasonable use of a paid purchase, contact support@cosplaying.app with your account email, order date, plan name, and a description of the issue.
5. Non-refundable situations
Refunds are generally not available for used credits, completed generations, dissatisfaction with an artistic result that was successfully delivered, failure to read plan details, expired credits, NSFW or adult-content requests, account suspension caused by policy violations, chargeback abuse, or requests made after a reasonable review period unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We do not refund third-party fees, currency conversion differences, bank charges, or taxes except where Stripe, payment networks, tax rules, or applicable law require us to do so.
6. EU, UK, and consumer law rights
Nothing in this Policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. Where you have a statutory right to cancel a digital content purchase, we will honor it. Where legally permitted, by purchasing digital credits or starting generation immediately, you request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that cancellation rights may be reduced or lost once digital performance begins.
7. How to request a refund
Email support@cosplaying.app before opening a payment dispute. Include your account email, Stripe receipt email, purchase date, plan name, amount, and reason for the request. We may ask for additional information to verify the account and payment.
Approved refunds are submitted through Stripe to the original payment method where possible. Bank and card processing times vary by payment method, card network, issuer, country, and Stripe status.
8. Duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized charges
If you believe a charge is duplicate, fraudulent, or unauthorized, contact us immediately at support@cosplaying.app. We may suspend related credits or account access while investigating and may require verification before restoring access or issuing a refund.
9. Chargebacks and disputes
Opening a chargeback may delay resolution because payment networks and Stripe require evidence and review. If a dispute is opened, we may provide Stripe and the card network with relevant evidence, such as account email, order records, policy links, delivery logs, credit usage, generated content status, IP or device information, support communications, and refund history.
